Questions

Is this data legal to use?

Yes. Building permits and façade inspection filings are public records that cities publish themselves. We collect, clean and organize them. Contacting owners and architects about your services is standard B2B outreach.

Why not pull it myself from open data?

You can. Permits rarely make the glass scope searchable, and façade filings sit in a separate city system. We read both every week, keep the projects with glass and add the owner and architect.

How fresh are the projects?

New filings appear in the dashboard within a week of the city publishing them. On Pro, saved filters email you when a new project matches.

What if a record is wrong?

Click "Report a problem" on the record and we'll fix it. If the data isn't useful, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers you.

Will I be charged after the trial?

Only if you keep it. We email a reminder the day before your trial ends, and you can cancel in one click.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your billing page and you won't be charged again.

Is my city covered?

We cover New York City, Chicago and Boston today. Tell us yours and we'll prioritize it.
